       涂装是指通过喷涂方式将底材覆盖上一层涂膜,以达到保护、装饰和特殊功能性的要求,达到延长使用寿命、美观、增加制品附加值之目的。涂装是对金属和非金属表面覆盖保护层或装饰层,而涂装机械就是建立在涂装的基础上而迅速发展的行业。涂装是工程机械、汽车等产品的表面制造工艺中的一个重要环节。防锈、防蚀涂装质量是产品全面质量的重要方面之一。涂装主要设备分为涂装前表面预处理设备、涂漆设备、涂膜干燥和固化设备、机械化输送设备、无尘恒温恒湿供风设备等及其它附属设备。

Anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating quality is one of the important aspects of the overall quality of products. The main equipment includes pre-coating equipment, film drying and curing equipment, mechanical conveying equipment, dust-free, constant temperature and constant humidity air supply equipment and other ancillary equipment.

行业特点 Industry characteristics

       根据涂装生产工艺,涂装废气主要来自于前处理、喷涂、烘干过程,所排放的污染物主要为:前处理过程中产生的粉尘或酸雾,喷漆时产生的漆雾和有机溶剂,烘干挥发时产生的有机溶剂。漆雾主要来自于空气喷涂作业中溶剂型涂料飞散的部分,其成分与所使用的涂料一致。有机溶剂主要来自于涂料使用过程中的溶剂、稀释剂,绝大部分属挥发性排放,其主要的污染物为甲苯、二甲苯等。涂装中排放的有害废气主要集中在喷漆生产线上,其中喷漆室、流平室、烘干室是废气的主要发生源。

       According to the coating process, the waste gas is mainly from the pretreatment, spraying and drying process. The main pollutants are dust or acid mist produced in the pre-treatment process, paint fog and organic solvent produced in the spraying process, and organic solvent produced during drying and volatilization. The coating mist mainly comes from the dispersed part of solvent-based coatings in air spraying operation, and its composition is consistent with the coatings used. Organic solvents mainly come from solvent, diluent, and most of them are volatile emissions. Most of them are volatile emissions. The main pollutants are toluene and xylene. The harmful exhaust gas discharged from painting mainly concentrates on the spray paint production line, in which the spray paint room, leveling room and drying room are the main sources of exhaust gas.

工艺选择 Process selection

       根据喷漆废气风量大、浓度低、常温、成分复杂且不具有回收价值的的特点,优先选用沸石转轮+蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)处理,该法将大风量、低浓度的有机废气通过沸石转轮吸附浓缩成小风量、高浓度的有机废气,后用小股热风将有机物从沸石转轮中脱附出来,再通过风机送入RTO高温氧化裂解成无害的CO2和H2O。而烘干废气的特点风量小、浓度高且温度较高,根据此特点,优先选用蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)处理,高浓度的烘干废气在少量天然气助燃下,升温到裂解温度,氧化成无害的CO2和H2O。

       According to the characteristics of large air volume, low concentration, normal temperature, complex composition and no recovery value of spray paint exhaust gas, the zeolite runner regenerative incinerator (RTO) is selected as a priority, and the large air volume will be obtained by this method. The low concentration of organic waste gas is concentrated through zeolite runner adsorption to form small air volume and high concentration of organic waste gas. Then the organic matter is desorbed from the zeolite runner by small hot air, and then sent to RTO through fan to oxidize and crack into harmless CO2 and H2O at high temperature. The characteristic of drying waste gas is small air volume, high concentration and high temperature. According to this characteristic, (RTO) is preferred to be treated by regenerative incinerator, and high concentration of drying waste gas is heated to pyrolysis temperature under a small amount of natural gas combustion. Oxidation to harmless CO2 and H2O.
