       涂布为将糊状聚合物、熔融态聚合物或聚合物熔液涂布于纸、布、塑料薄膜上制得复合材料(膜)的方法。涂布技术广泛地应用于纸张和薄膜等基材的涂布及复合包装。

       Coating is a method of preparing composite materials (films) by coating pasty polymer, melted polymer or polymer melt on paper, cloth and plastic film. Coating technology is widely used in paper and film coating and composite packaging.

行业特点 Industry characteristics

       涂布流程中都会有不同程度的环境污染,首先是涂层剂挥发产生废气,涂层剂有溶剂型和水性型之分,溶剂型在进行涂层加工时要采用醋酸乙酯、二甲基甲烷胺(DMF)、丁酮(MEK)、甲苯(TOL)、异丙醇(IPA)等有机溶剂作介质。这些溶剂型涂层整理剂虽然工艺性能比较好,但有机溶剂的用量大,既是危险物质,其中不少是挥发性有机化合物。 由于涂层剂中含有大量的有机溶剂,最高和含有60%,有机废气的溢出主要在涂层和烘干环节。

       There will be varying degrees of environmental pollution in the coating process. Firstly, the volatilization of coating agent produces exhaust gas. Coating agent can be divided into solvent and water-based. Solvent-based organic solvents such as ethyl acetate, dimethylmethanamine (DMF), butanone (MEK), toluene (TOL), isopropanol (IPA) should be used as media in coating processing. Although these solvent-based coating.finishing agents have good technological properties, the amount of organic solvents is large, and they are dangerous substances, many of them are volatile organic compounds As the coating agent contains a large number of organic solvents, up to 60%, organic waste gas spillover is mainly in the coating and drying links.

工艺选择 Process selection

       根据涂布废气风量小、浓度高、高温、成分复杂且不具有回收价值的的特点,优先选用蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)处理,该法通过天然气助燃,将有机物加热到分解温度,高温氧化裂解成无害的CO2和H2O,由于涂布行业有机废气浓度较高,正常运行时,设备本身不仅不消耗燃料,还可以给烘干室提供一部分热能。

       According to the characteristics of low air volume, high concentration, high temperature, complex composition and no recycling value of coated waste gas, regenerative incinerator (RTO) is preferred. This method uses natural gas as combustion-supporting agent to heat organic matter to decomposition temperature and oxidize and crack it into harmless CO2 and H2O at high temperature. Due to the high concentration of organic waste gas in coating industry, the equipment itself does not consume during normal operation. Fuel can also provide some heat to the drying room.
