行业特点 Industry characteristics

       包装印刷行业的VOCs排放主要集中在印刷、烘干、复合和清洗等生产工艺过程中,主要来源于油墨、粘合剂、涂布液、润版液、洗车水、各类溶剂等含VOCs的物料的自然挥发和烘干挥发。塑料彩印软包装行业是包装印刷业VOCs排放的主力军,生产过程中需要使用有机溶剂,主要是乙酸乙酯、甲苯、丁酮、异丙醇等。

       VOCs emission in the packaging and printing industry mainly comes from the natural volatilization and drying volatilization of VOCs-containing materials such as ink, adhesives, coating solution, embossing solution, car washing water and various solvents in the production process of printing, drying, compounding and cleaning. Plastic color printing soft packaging industry is the main force of VOCs emission in packaging and printing industry. The production process requires the use of organic solvents, mainly ethyl acetate, toluene, butanone, isopropanol and so on.

工艺选择 Process selection

       根据印刷废气风量大、浓度低、常温、成分复杂且不具有回收价值的的特点,优先选用沸石转轮+蓄热式焚烧炉(RTO)处理,该法将大风量、低浓度的有机废气通过沸石转轮吸附浓缩成小风量、高浓度的有机废气,后用小股热风将有机物从沸石转轮中脱附出来,再通过风机送入RTO高温氧化裂解成无害的CO2和H2O。

The low concentration organic waste gas is adsorbed and concentrated into small air volume and high concentration organic waste gas by zeolite runner adsorption and concentration, and then the organic matter is desorbed from the zeolite runner by small hot air, and then sent to RTO by fan to decompose into harmless CO2 and H2O.
