系统简介 System introduction
TO系统采用天然气助燃,将小风量、高浓度的有机废气直接燃烧,在750~850℃的高温状态下,有机物会分解成无害的CO2和H2O,同时放出大量热量,化学反应方程式如下:
TO system uses natural gas as combustion-supporting agent and combusts organic waste gas with low air volume and high concentration directly. Under the high temperature of 750-850℃, the organic matter will be decomposed into harmless CO2 and H2O, while releasing a large amount of heat. The chemical reaction equation is as follows:

经燃烧后的高温烟气(≥800℃)通过管式换热器,与新进的有机废气对流换热,新进的废气被预热,烟气温度被降低(≤550℃),此时由于烟气温度仍然较高,如直接排放将大大浪费能源,所以TO系统后都会组合烟气热风炉或者烟气热水炉,用于回收高温烟气中的热量,整套热能回收利用系统被称之为TNV系统。
After combustion, the high temperature flue gas (≥ 800℃) transfers convection heat with the new organic waste gas through the tube heat exchanger, the new waste gas is preheated, and the flue gas temperature is reduced (≤ 550 ℃). At this time, as the flue gas temperature is still high, such direct emission will greatly waste energy, the TO system will be combined with hot air stove or hot water stove to recover the heat in high temperature flue gas. A whole set of heat energy recovery and utilization system is called TNV system.
