系统简介 System introduction
活性炭吸附+CO脱附系统 — 由四个部分组成:
Activated carbon adsorption + CO desorption system - consists of four parts:

一、预处理系统 Pretreatment system
通过干式或湿式过滤法,去除废气中的细小颗粒,使有机废气满足活性炭吸附的洁净度要求;
By means of dry or wet filtration, the fine particles in the waste gas are removed, so that the organic waste gas can meet the cleanliness requirement of activated carbon adsorption.

二、活性炭吸附系统 Activated carbon adsorption system
通过风机的作用,将经过预处理的有机废气通过活性炭层,有机物分子活性炭特有的吸附孔捕捉,吸附达标的气体直接排入烟囱;
Through the action of the fan, the pretreated organic waste gas is passed through the activated carbon layer, and the adsorption pore of the organic molecular activated carbon is captured, and the gas which is up to the standard is directly discharged into the chimney.

三、CO脱附系统 CO desorption system
经一段时间吸附后,活性炭会吸附饱和,此时,用小股热风(80~120℃)吹扫吸附饱和的活性炭,将有机物从活性炭中脱附出来后通过风机送入CO高温(≥300℃)催化氧化,使活性炭再生,如此循环。
After a period of adsorption, the activated carbon will be saturated. At this time, a small hot wind (80~120℃) is used to sweep the saturated activated carbon, and then the organic matter is desorbed from the activated carbon and sent to CO for catalytic oxidation at high temperature (≥ 300 ℃) through the fan. The activated carbon is regenerated so that it is recycled.

四、活性炭冷却系统 Activated carbon cooling system
由于活性炭经过热风吹扫脱附后,温度变高从而无法吸附有机物,此时需要对活性炭进行冷却降温,使其降到常温,保证其吸附效率。
After the activated carbon is desorbed by hot air blowing, the temperature becomes higher and the organic matter cannot be adsorbed. At this time, the activated carbon needs to be cooled and cooled to normal temperature, so that the adsorption efficiency of activated carbon can be guaranteed.
