系统简介 System introduction
活性炭吸附+蒸汽脱附+冷凝回收系统 — 由五个部分组成:
Activated Carbon+ Steam desorption recovery+ Condensing recovery system - consists of five parts:

一.预处理系统 Pretreatment system
通过干式或湿式过滤法,去除废气中的细小颗粒,使有机废气满足活性炭吸附的洁净度要求;
By means of dry or wet filtration, the fine particles in the waste gas are removed, so that the organic waste gas can meet the cleanliness requirement of activated carbon adsorption.

二.活性炭吸附系统 Activated carbon adsorption system
通过风机的作用,将经过预处理的有机废气通过活性炭层,有机物分子活性炭特有的吸附孔捕捉,吸附达标的气体直接排入烟囱;
Through the action of the fan, the pretreated organic waste gas is passed through the activated carbon layer, and the adsorption pore of the organic molecular activated carbon is captured, and the gas which is up to the standard is directly discharged into the chimney.

三.蒸汽脱附系统 Steam desorption system
经一段时间吸附后,活性炭会吸附饱和,此时,用小股饱和蒸汽(0.4~0.8MPa)吹扫吸附饱和的活性炭,将有机物从活性炭中脱附,使活性炭再生;

四.冷凝回收系统 Condensing recovery system
当含有大量有机物的饱和蒸汽通过冷凝器时,气态有机物和水被凝结成混合溶液送入分离器分离,分离回收具有价值的溶液,其他废液排入污水池。
When saturated steam containing a large amount of organic matter passes through the condenser, gaseous organic matter and water are condensed into a mixed solution and fed into the separator for separation, separation and recovery of valuable solutions, and other waste liquid is discharged into the sewage tank.

五.活性炭冷却系统 Activated carbon cooling system
由于活性炭经过饱和蒸汽吹扫脱附后,炭层变湿且温度变高从而无法吸附有机物,此时需要对活性炭进行冷却降温并干燥,使其降到常温干燥状态,保证其吸附效率。
After the activated carbon is desorbed by saturated steam blowing, the carbon layer becomes wet and the temperature becomes higher so that the organic matter cannot be adsorbed. At this time, the activated carbon needs to be cooled and dried, so that the activated carbon can be reduced to the normal temperature drying state to ensure its adsorption efficiency.
