工艺流程 Technological process
沸石转轮吸附+RTO脱附系统 — 由四个部分组成:
Zeolite Runner Adsorption + RTO Desorption System - consists of four parts:

预处理系统 Pretreatment System
首先通过干式或湿式过滤法,去除废气中的细小颗粒,使有机废气满足沸石转轮吸附的洁净度要求;再通过升温降湿的方法,使有机废气满足沸石转轮吸附的温湿度要求;
Firstly, the fine particles in the waste gas are removed by dry or wet filtration, so that the organic waste gas can meet the cleanliness requirement of zeolite runner adsorption, and then the organic waste gas can meet the temperature and humidity requirement of zeolite runner adsorption by means of temperature rise and humidity reduction.

沸石转轮吸附系统 Zeolite Runner Adsorption System
通过风机的作用,将经过预处理的有机废气通过沸石转轮的吸附区,有机物分子被沸石转轮特有的吸附孔捕捉,吸附达标的气体直接排入烟囱;
Through the action of the fan, the pretreated organic waste gas is passed through the adsorption zone of the zeolite runner, and the organic molecules are captured by the unique adsorption holes of the zeolite runner, and the gas adsorbed up to the standard is directly discharged into the chimney.

RTO脱附系统 RTO desorption system
经一段时间吸附后,沸石转轮吸附区会吸附饱和,此时,用小股热(200~230℃)吹扫沸石转轮的脱附区,将有机物从沸石中脱附出来后通过风机送入RTO高温(≥750℃)焚烧净化,使沸石再生,如此循环。
After a period of adsorption, the zeolite rotation adsorption zone will be saturated, at this time, the desorption zone of zeolite runner is swept by small heat (200~230℃), then the organic matter is desorbed from zeolite and then burned and purified by fan to RTO at high temperature (≥ 750 ℃),so that the zeolite can be regenerated and recycled.

沸石转轮冷却系统 Zeolite runner cooling system
由于沸石经过热风吹扫脱附后,温度变高从而无法吸附有机物,此时需要对沸石进行冷却降温,使其降到常温,保证其吸附效率。
Since zeolites can’t adsorb organic matter because of the high temperature after desorption by hot air blowing and desorption, it is necessary to cool down zeolite to normal temperature to ensure its adsorption efficiency.
